A LETTER FROM A CUSTOMER

To whom it may concern,
Our company has been looking for a device or method of securing our heavy equipment for over 2 years after having one of our machines stolen in early 1999. Finally, we heard about your product I immediately started to investigate to see if it was right for our application. After reading over your web page, I contacted Brian Snyder who explained to me the benefits of your system and how it would be the perfect solution for our concern about theft happening again. After discussing the Powerlock system with our mechanic, I decided to give it a try and placed an order.

We installed our first Powerlock System on a Clark 175 Front end loader with a 855 Cummings diesel engine in late December 2001. When I first looked at Powerlock system, I couldn't help but notice its rugged appearance. I was concerned that since we were installing it on one of our main pieces of equipment that it may not be able to withstand the day to day usage but was reassured once I physically saw it that it was built to withstand even the worst of conditions. After reading the easy to follow instruction manual, I dove right into the installation and completed it in about an hour. It was very straight-forward and simple to install, especially with the modular, plug-in design of the main control unit.

Since we put it in, the system has performed flawlessly and it has been great to know that our equipment is protected from unauthorized use and theft, which has been a huge problem with heavy equipment in our region. The Powerlock system seems to be working great and we love the fact that it gives us the peace of mind that we never had until we discovered your unique product.
